Regulations for using the internet service
§ 1 General provisions
This regulation (hereinafter: "Regulation") defines the rules for using the internet service available at www.boulevardrobnera.pl (hereinafter: "Service").
The owner of the Service and the entity providing electronic services is WIRELAND sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Szarych Szeregów 10, 77-100 Bytów (hereinafter: "Administrator").
Users of the Service can be natural persons, legal persons, and organizational units using the functions of the Service (hereinafter: "User").
§ 2 Rules for using the Service
Using the Service is voluntary.
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws, the provisions of the Regulation, and good manners.
It is prohibited to provide content of an unlawful, offensive, or harmful nature by the User.
§ 3 Providing electronic services
The Service provides electronic services, including browsing content.
To use the services, it is necessary to have a device with access to the Internet and an internet browser.
Using some services may require creating a user account. The User undertakes to provide true data during registration.
§ 4 Liability
The Administrator is not responsible for interruptions in the operation of the Service caused by force majeure, actions of third parties, or improper operation of the User's devices.
The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily suspend the operation of the Service for maintenance or updates.
§ 5 Copyright
All content available on the Service, including texts, photos, graphics, and multimedia materials, is protected by copyright and belongs to the Administrator or is used under license.
Copying, distributing, or using the content of the Service without the Administrator's consent is prohibited.
§ 6 Privacy policy
Detailed information on the processing of Users' personal data can be found in the Privacy policy available at: link to privacy policy.
§ 7 Complaints
The User has the right to submit complaints regarding the functioning of the Service to the e-mail address: biuro@wireland.pl.
Complaints will be considered within 30 days of their receipt.
§ 8 Final provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to change the Regulation. Users will be informed about changes on the main page of the Service with at least 14 days' notice.
In matters not regulated by the Regulation, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
The Regulation comes into force on 01.12.2024.
