Due to the entry into force of the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we kindly inform you that applications for the implementation of the rights of persons whose data concerns are realized in accordance with the guidelines of the aforementioned regulation, called RODO.

In connection with the above, we kindly inform you that the company WIRELAND sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Bytow at ul. Szarych Szeregow 10 processes the following scope of your personal data: all information about a natural person identified or identifiable through one or more specific factors determining physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity, including IP address, location data, internet identifier and information collected through cookies and other similar technology. This data was and is obtained for the purpose of performing tasks related to the activity of WIRELAND sp. z o.o. in Bytow.

In light of the above, we want to inform you that:

2. Your personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b RODO, i.e. necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract.

3. The legally justified interests pursued by the Company involve offering customers products and services in the field of sales of products and provision of services related to the processing of wooden and metal elements.

The Company also provides data to facilitate marketing campaigns. The processing of personal data for the purposes of the aforementioned products is within the scope of the business activity of WIRELAND Sp. z o.o., disclosed in the KRS Register, at the same time the processing of data is necessary for the Company to be able to create and deliver such products to its customers.

4. Your personal data is processed manually and automatically for the purpose of providing customers of WIRELAND sp. z o.o. with comprehensive economic information within the framework of the products offered by the Company, as well as for statistical purposes.

5. The Administrator processes your personal data to the extent that they are made available from public sources.

6. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

– request the Administrator to access your personal data,
– request the Administrator to rectify your personal data,
– request the Administrator to erase your personal data,
– request the Administrator to restrict the processing of your personal data,
– object to the processing of your personal data,
– transfer your personal data,
– lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
